Dijon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoons worsteshire sauce
- 1 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoons kosher salt
- 3 cups canola oil
Instructions
Place all ingredients except vegetable oil in a blender and blend well. Slowly emulsify in oil. Adjust oil, vinegar balance and adjust for salt and sugar to taste.
